Hi, I’m Gail! Over the years, I’ve watched friends and family struggle to keep up with technology — especially their iPhones and Apple devices. That inspired me to create Savvy With Tech, a place where tech is simple, practical, and stress-free.

Technology has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I have 28+ years of experience providing computer support in both large corporations and small businesses. In 2009, I earned an Associate Certificate in Technical Writing, which taught me to translate complex tech topics into clear, easy-to-understand guidance.

I’ve become the go-to person for family and friends whenever they have tech questions or challenges — and I love helping them solve problems quickly and confidently.

Being the youngest of seven kids, I learned early on how to solve problems and share knowledge, a skill that came naturally, thanks to my Dad. He was a TV and VCR repairman with a passion for technology, and his curiosity and expertise sparked my own love for all things tech. I’m often told that when someone has a tech issue it seems to disappear when they try to show me. It makes me smile when they say that because my Dad had that knack as well. Whenever our TVs were acting up we’d call our Dad to come fix it. As soon as he walked in the room whatever the problem was stopped immediately.

Along with my love of tech, I’m devoted to my husband, my two grown kids, and our pandemic puppy, Willow. She often makes cameo appearances in my posts — life is just better with a dog!
